Why AlterEgoManiacs?

AlterEgoManiacs is a long mash-up of three separate words and two major concepts - Alter, Ego, and Maniacs. Your AlterEgo is who you wish to become, your second self, a new incarnation of your personality, a wicked doppelganger from beyond the looking glass. An egomaniac is a person obsessed with the self - a trait that anyone who wishes to expose their talents to the jeering peanut gallery of professional criticism needs to possess. An AlterEgoManiac is an ever changing manifestation of themselves, a person who shines like an artistic kaleidoscope.

Who are the AlterEgoManiacs?

The lead AlterEgoManiac is Latoya Peterson. A writer by trade, she dabbles in photography and film. She is currently self-published through the blogosphere and contributes content to Enter Soundbooth and Racialicious. She has been published in Cerise, the online gaming magazine and Clutch Magazine.
